High Satisfaction Ratings in SysTec Customer Survey

The latest SysTec customer survey once again reflects a very positive overall result: The company achieved excellent ratings, particularly in the areas of employee expertise, product quality, and flexibility in meeting customer requirements. The overall satisfaction reached an average score of 1.3 on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 representing the highest rating in the SysTec evaluation system. These results highlight the consistently high level of trust customers place in SysTec.

Delivery times are consistently rated positively, with an average score of 1.46. Problem-solving competency scores similarly well at 1.48. The expertise of SysTec's representatives also deserves special mention—with an average score of 1.19, it ranks among the highest-rated categories.

In addition to the numerous positive comments, participants also provided constructive suggestions and requests—including future product developments, such as a battery-powered device. This feedback provides SysTec with valuable insights for further developing the product portfolio. “The constructive feedback from our customers is of great value to us. It helps us to further develop our products and processes in a targeted manner,” explains SysTec Managing Director Rainer Junglas.

As a small token of appreciation for their participation, a WERA tool set was raffled off among all participants. This year, Mr. Dettmann from Mewa Waagenservice- und Getreidetechnik GmbH was the lucky winner. The drawing was conducted by Sabine Schirrmeister, who has been working in accounting and at SysTec headquarters for over 25 years.
